Questionnaire to assess parent acceptance of their child’s pain.

Questionnaire to assess parent perceptions of their child’s pain acceptance.

Pediatric Pain Screening Tool
Pediatric adaptation of The Keele STarT Back Screening Tool in collaboration with Jonathan Hill, PhD at Keele University. The PPST is designed to identify a patient’s risk status (high, medium, or low) of poor pain-related outcome using established psychosocial prognostic factors.
Parent Risk and Impact Screening Measure (PRISM)
In collaboration with Anna Wilson, PhD and Amy Holley, PhD at Oregon Health Sciences University, the PRISM is a brief self-report screening tool of parent psychosocial functioning and behavioral responses to child pain. The PRISM is designed to identify a parent’s risk status (high, low) of poor outcomes related to their child’s pain using established psychosocial prognostic factors.
Pain Vigilance and Awareness Questionnaire, Child Report
Questionnaire to assess attention to pain in children.

Pediatric Camp Outcome Measure
Questionnaire to assess the impact of the therapeutic camp experience among children and adolescents living with a chronic illness.
Parent and Adolescent Medication Barriers Scales
Questionnaires to assess barriers to medication taking from the parent and adolescent perspective. Initially developed for use with pediatric transplant recipients but has been disseminated across several populations of children living with chronic medical conditions.

Medication adherence classification system that incorporate self-report and drug assay levels to incorporate subjective and objective measures of adherence data to better classify adherence among pediatric transplant recipients.
